            Senator Romano moved to amend the bill on page four, section two, line forty-five, after the word “treatment;” by inserting the word “and”;

            On page five, section two, line fifty-four, after the word “services” by changing the semicolon to a period and striking out the word “and”;

            And,

            On page five, section two, lines fifty-five through fifty-eight by striking out subdivision (3).
